Filling Your Pitcher
In coaching we have a number one rule we give our clients, which is: “You have to fill your pitcher before you can pour.”
What does this mean to you (i.e. activities you like; taking a bubble bath with the door closed so your children can’t come in; exercising….etc.? I would love your input.
