Who am I?
I was born and raised in the area, and live in Connecticut. with my husband. As an MSW, I have worked with the elderly and with families with troubled children. Over the years I have served as coordinator of a major volunteer organization in my community, leading a group that volunteers for those in need of extra help. Through all this experience I recognize the unique needs, and challenges that people have. My biggest challenge was being employed by my husband to work as his office manager, and making our relationship thrive at the same time.
I am foremost a wife, mother and grandmother, with 3 adult children. My eldest is married to a wonderful man, and they have a baby girl. Ah, the magic of a new soul. She is a social worker. My older son is also married, to a special young lady whom I consider my daughter. My youngest is pursuing a business career, and is about to marry another special young lady who I also (you guessed it) consider a daughter.
Now that my family has grown, I would like to extend this experience to you and yours. It is my coaching techniques, which have been the most helpful, enabling me to manage my own life. With all the tools I have mastered, I have pulled myself through difficult times while keeping my sense of humor. I look forward to implementing these skills within my business. This led me to the field of coaching, which is a perfect fit. I am a certified professional life coach by the International Coach Academy. I love my clients and each one has a story. How motivational and inspiring for me.My business name comes from my belief that we can do whatever we set our mind to. Therefore, You Can Do It Life Coaching just flowed and was born. I love my coaching and am constantly tying to keep abreast of the field, through my ongoing training.
I love music, being in nature, cooking, a good novel, keeping fit and, of course, the Red Sox.
